Configure your account preferences, security settings, and personal information.

Accessing Account Settings

Navigate to: Profile Menu (top-right) > Account Settings

Profile Information

Basic Details

Personal Information:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Profile photo
  • Display preferences

Updating Profile:

  1. Click "Edit Profile"
  2. Modify fields
  3. Upload photo (optional)
  4. Click "Save Changes"
Your email address is used as your login username and for important notifications.

Contact Preferences

Communication Settings:

  • Preferred email
  • Phone for SMS (if enabled)
  • Language preference
  • Time zone
  • Date/time format

Security Settings

Password Management

Change Password:

  1. Go to Security tab
  2. Click "Change Password"
  3. Enter current password
  4. Enter new password (min 8 characters)
  5. Confirm new password
  6. Save changes

Password Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 characters
  • At least one uppercase letter
  • At least one number
  • Special characters recommended
  • Cannot match email
Use a strong, unique password. Consider using a password manager.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Enable 2FA:

  1. Go to Security > Two-Factor Authentication
  2. Click "Enable 2FA"
  3. Choose method:
    • Authenticator app (recommended)
    • SMS text message
    • Email codes
  4. Follow setup instructions
  5. Save backup codes

Using 2FA:

  • Enter password as usual
  • Enter 6-digit code from authenticator
  • Option to "Trust this device" for 30 days

Active Sessions

View and manage active login sessions:

Session Information:

  • Device type
  • Browser
  • Location (approximate)
  • Last activity
  • IP address

Actions:

  • Sign out session: Remotely log out
  • Sign out all: Log out everywhere except current
  • View session history
If you see unfamiliar sessions, sign them out immediately and change your password.

Login History

Review past login attempts:

  • Successful logins
  • Failed attempts
  • Location and device
  • Date and time

Email Notifications

Configure which emails you receive:

Reservation Notifications:

Export Your Data

Request data export:

  1. Go to Privacy > Export Data

  3. Click "Request Export"
  4. Receive email with download link (within 30 days)

Delete Account

Account Deletion:

  1. Go to Privacy > Delete Account
  2. Review consequences:
    • Venues will be deactivated
    • Data will be permanently deleted
    • Active reservations will be cancelled
    • Subscriptions will be cancelled
  3. Confirm with password
  4. Account deleted within 30 days
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Export your data first if needed.

Billing & Subscription

Quick access to billing:

View:

  • Active licences
  • Payment methods
  • Billing history
  • Subscription status

Actions:

  • Update payment method
  • Purchase additional licences
  • View invoices
  • Manage subscriptions
