Provide accurate contact details so customers can reach you easily.
Where to Find It
Go to Venue Management > All Venues > Edit Details > Contact Information.
Primary contact email for the venue. Used for reservations and customer communication.
This email will be visible to customers making reservations.
Make sure this email address is actively monitored for reservation inquiries.
Phone Number
Contact phone number in a consistent format (e.g., +44 20 1234 5678).
Include your country code for international visibility.
Website
Your venue's website URL. Include the full URL starting with https://.
This field is optional but recommended for increased customer confidence.
Save Changes
After updating any settings, click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
