The analytics dashboard provides insights into:

Accessing Analytics

Navigate to: Venue Management > All Venues > Analytics

Key Metrics

Top-line metrics displayed:

Reservations

  • Total Bookings: All reservations in period
  • Confirmed: Successfully confirmed bookings
  • Completed: Finished dining experiences
  • Cancelled: Customer or venue cancellations
