Purchasing Licences

Learn how to purchase licences to activate your venues on Grab A Table.

Accessing the Purchase Page

Navigate to: Dashboard > My Venues > Payments

Alternatively: Dashboard > Payments

Step-by-Step Purchase Process

Step 1: Choose Number of Licences

  1. Go to the Payments page
  2. Enter the number of licences you want to purchase in the input field
  3. Review the calculated total monthly cost
  4. Click the "Purchase Licences" button

Step 2: Complete Secure Payment

  1. You'll be redirected to Stripe's secure checkout page
  2. Enter your payment details:
    • Credit/debit card number
    • Expiry date
    • CVC code
    • Billing address
  3. Review the subscription details
  4. Confirm and complete the payment

Step 3: Activation

Your licences activate immediately after successful payment. You can now:

  • Create new venues
  • Assign licences to existing venues
  • Start accepting reservations

Understanding the Cost

Monthly Subscription

Each licence costs £24 per month. The total cost is calculated as:

Total Cost = Number of Licences × £24

Examples:

  • 1 licence = £24/month
  • 3 licences = £72/month
  • 5 licences = £120/month

Trial Period

Your first payment will be charged after your trial period:

  • First 100 venues: 3-month trial (first charge 3 months from purchase date)
  • After 100 venues: 1-month trial (first charge 1 month from purchase date)

Example: Purchase on March 10th with 3-month trial = first charge on June 10th

Billing Cycle

All licences are billed monthly on the same day of the month as your subscription started. If you purchase on the 15th, you'll be charged on the 15th of each month.

What We Store

We store:

  • Your subscription status
  • Number of active licences
  • Billing date

We do NOT store:

  • Your full card number
  • Your CVC code
  • Your card PIN

After Purchase

Once your purchase is complete:

  1. You'll receive a confirmation email
  2. Your licences will appear in your account immediately
  3. You can create venues right away
  4. Your trial period begins immediately
