Where to Find It

Go to Global Settings > Reservation Settings.

Configure settings that control the booking experience for customers and staff.

Set the minimum and maximum lead time for reservations.

Define the minimum and maximum party sizes allowed for bookings.

Choose whether bookings require manual approval or are auto-confirmed.

Set the cancellation window and rules for guest cancellations.

Make sure your policy complies with local regulations.

Enable deposits for certain party sizes or booking types.

Allow guests to add notes or special requests during booking.

Review requests regularly to ensure your team can accommodate them.

Click Save Settings after making changes.
