Booking Settings

Control how customers can make reservations at your venue.

Where to Find It

Go to Venue Management > All Venues > Edit Details > Booking Settings.

Set the largest party size you can accommodate (1-100 guests).

This prevents customers from booking more seats than you can handle in a single reservation.

Consider your largest table or combined seating area when setting this value.

Duration of each booking slot:

30-minute slots are typical for most restaurants. Fine dining may prefer 60-minute slots.

How many days in advance customers can make reservations (1-365 days).

Most venues allow bookings 30-90 days in advance.

Set a longer window for special events or if you have a waitlist feature.

Add any special instructions or notes that customers should know when making a booking.

Use this field for dress code requirements, parking information, or special booking conditions.
