Is there a fee for making reservations?

No. GrabATable is completely free for diners. You can make unlimited reservations at any of our partner venues without any charges.

Can I modify or cancel my reservation?

Yes. You can modify or cancel your reservation through your account dashboard or by using the link in your confirmation email. Some venues may have specific cancellation policies.

What if I am running late?

We recommend contacting the venue directly if you are running late. Most venues hold your table for 15 minutes past your reservation time, but policies may vary.

Do I need to create an account?

You can browse venues without an account, but creating one lets you manage reservations, save favorite venues, and book faster next time.
