Configure when your venue is open for business and when the kitchen is available.

Where to Find It

Go to Venue Management > All Venues > Edit Details > Opening Hours.

Venue Opening Hours

Configure your venue's opening hours for each day of the week.

  • Set open and close times for each day
  • Use 24-hour format (e.g., 09:00, 22:00)
  • Mark days as closed if not operating
Be consistent with your hours to build customer trust and set clear expectations.

Typical Configurations

Lunch Service:

  • Monday-Friday: 12:00 - 15:00
  • Saturday-Sunday: 11:00 - 16:00

Dinner Service:

  • Monday-Thursday: 17:00 - 22:00
  • Friday-Saturday: 17:00 - 23:00
  • Sunday: 17:00 - 21:00

All Day Service:

  • Monday-Sunday: 09:00 - 22:00

Kitchen Hours

Configure when your kitchen is open for service.

Kitchen hours can differ from venue opening hours to manage last orders.
Kitchen times should fall within your venue's opening hours.

Why Separate Kitchen Hours?

Kitchen hours let you:

  • Stop accepting food orders before closing
  • Manage last orders more effectively
  • Allow bar service after kitchen closes
Set kitchen closing 30-60 minutes before venue closing to allow for last orders and cleanup.

After updating any settings, click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.

Changes may take a moment to appear on public venue pages.
