The Floor Plan view displays your venue's layout with tables, seating areas, and booking status in real-time. See which tables are occupied, available, or reserved at a glance. Perfect for hosts and front-of-house staff during service.

Assigning Tables

Combining Tables

Join for large parties:

  1. Select first table
  2. Hold Shift, select additional
  3. Right-click > Combine Tables
  4. Temporary or permanent
  5. Visual link appears

Uncombine

  1. Select combined tables
  2. Right-click > Separate Tables
  3. Bookings remain
  4. Tables independent

Blocking Tables

Make unavailable:

  1. Select table(s)
  2. Right-click > Block Table
  3. Choose reason:
    • Maintenance
    • Reserved for VIP
    • Staff event
    • Out of service
    • Other
  4. Set duration
  5. Table blocked

Unblock

  • Automatic after duration
  • Manual unblock anytime
  • Status returns to available
