Create your Grab A Table account to start managing your venue's bookings and staff.
Prerequisites
Before registering, make sure you have:
- A valid email address
- Business details for your venue
- Contact information
Registration Steps
Step 1: Open the Registration Page
Go to www.grabatable.app/register.
Step 2: Enter Your Details
Fill in the required information:
- Email Address - Your business email
- Password - Choose a strong password (minimum 8 characters)
- Confirm Password - Re-enter your password
- Business Name - Your venue's name
- Contact Number - Your business phone number
TIP
Use a strong password with a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters.
Step 3: Accept Terms and Conditions
Read and accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Step 4: Complete Registration
Click the Register button to create your account.
Step 5: Verify Your Email
Check your inbox for a verification email and click the verification link.
WARNING
You must verify your email address before you can sign in and access your account.
After Registration
Once your email is verified:
- Sign in to your account
- Complete your venue profile
- Set up your booking areas and tables
- Configure your availability settings
Common Issues
Verification Email Not Received
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Wait a few minutes and try again
- Request a new verification email from the sign-in page
Email Already Registered
If you see an error that the email is already registered:
- Try signing in instead
- Use the forgot password feature if you don't remember your password
