Sign In
Use this guide to access your Grab A Table account.
Prerequisites
Before signing in, make sure you have:
- A registered account
- Access to the email address on your account
- Verified email address
Sign-in Steps
Step 1: Open the Sign In Page
Go to www.grabatable.app/login.
Step 2: Enter Your Email Address
Type the email address you used to register.
TIP
Use the same email address you verified during registration.
Step 3: Enter Your Password
Type your password and click Sign in.
TIP
Use the eye icon to reveal your password if you are unsure what you typed.
Step 4: (Optional) MFA Verification
If you have enabled Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), you'll be prompted to enter your verification code.

If You Cannot Sign In
Forgot Your Password?
Use the password reset flow at /forgot-password and follow the email instructions.

Email Not Verified
If your email is not verified, you may be prompted to verify it before signing in. Check your inbox and spam folder for the verification email.
Incorrect Email or Password
Make sure:
- Your email address is spelled correctly
- Caps Lock is off
- You are using the correct account email
- Your password is entered correctly
Common Issues
"Account Locked" Message
If you've entered incorrect credentials multiple times, your account may be temporarily locked for security. Wait 15 minutes and try again, or contact support.
No Reset Email Arrived
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Wait a few minutes and try again
- Make sure the email address is correct
Browser Issues
If you're having trouble signing in:
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Try a different browser
- Disable browser extensions temporarily
- Make sure JavaScript is enabled

After Signing In
Once signed in, you'll be directed to your dashboard where you can:
- View today's reservations
- Manage your venue details
- Check staff schedules
- View analytics and reports
- Access all platform features

- Never share your password with anyone
- Use a unique password for your Grab A Table account
- Enable MFA for additional security
- Sign out when using shared devices
- Keep your contact information up to date
