View and manage all reservations for your venue.

Overview

The View Reservations page provides a comprehensive view of all bookings for your venue. You can filter, search, and manage reservations from a single dashboard.

Accessing Reservations

Navigate to All Venues > Select your venue > View Reservations

Reservation Views

Calendar View

Visual calendar display showing:

  • Daily reservations by time slot
  • Color-coded by booking status
  • Grid layout with time blocks
  • Drag-and-drop to reschedule

List View

Detailed list showing:

  • Customer name
  • Party size
  • Date and time
  • Status
  • Table assignment
  • Special requests

Timeline View

Hour-by-hour timeline:

  • Real-time capacity display
  • Table occupancy
  • Upcoming arrivals
  • Current diners

Filtering Reservations

Filter by:

  • Date Range - Today, tomorrow, this week, custom
  • Status - Confirmed, pending, completed, cancelled
  • Party Size - Number of guests
  • Table - Specific table assignments
  • Booking Source - Online, phone, walk-in
  • Customer - Repeat or new customers

Click on any reservation to view:

Customer Information

  • Name and contact details
  • Email and phone number
  • Booking history
  • Special preferences
  • Notes and tags

Booking Details

  • Confirmation number
  • Date and time
  • Duration
  • Party size
  • Table assignment
  • Booking area (indoor/outdoor)

Status Information

  • Current status
  • Created date
  • Last modified
  • Source (website, phone, etc.)
  • Staff member who created it

Special Requests

  • Dietary requirements
  • Accessibility needs

Managing Reservations

Quick Actions

For each reservation:

  • Confirm - Confirm pending bookings
  • Modify - Change details
  • Move - Reassign table or time
  • Cancel - Cancel the reservation
  • No-Show - Mark as no-show
  • Complete - Mark as completed

Bulk Actions

Select multiple reservations to:

  • Send reminder messages
  • Export to CSV
  • Batch confirm
  • Move to different date
  • Cancel multiple bookings

Reservation Status

Confirmed

  • Customer has made a booking
  • Awaiting their arrival
  • Sent confirmation email
  • Active reservation

Pending

  • Requires staff confirmation
  • Awaiting deposit payment
  • Needs approval for large party
  • Waiting for availability

Completed

  • Customer has dined
  • Reservation ended
  • Can request review
  • Added to history

Cancelled

  • Booking cancelled by customer or venue
  • Cancellation reason recorded
  • Refund processed (if applicable)
  • Slot becomes available

No-Show

  • Customer didn't arrive
  • No-show fee applied (if policy set)
  • Flagged in customer record
  • Table freed for walk-ins

Search by:

  • Customer name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Confirmation number
  • Table number

Combine multiple criteria:

  • Date range + party size
  • Customer type + time slot

Troubleshooting

Reservation Not Showing

If a booking is missing:

  • Check filters are not hiding it
  • Verify the correct venue is selected
  • Check if it was cancelled
  • Refresh the page
  • Contact support if issue persists

Cannot Modify Reservation

If you can't edit a booking:

  • Check your user permissions
  • Verify booking status allows changes
  • May be locked due to proximity to booking time
  • Contact admin if needed
